by USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to Virginia addresses will have 5% sales tax added.

We accept returns only on items purchased from us directly accompanied by original
invoice or receipt. Customer will pay the return shipping cost. Military Living will
pay the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error. All items must
be returned within 30 days of invoice or receipt date and in original condition.
Once we receive your item, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and
the original shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to your Credit Card or by our
check depending on your original payment method. If your product was damaged in shipment,

will email your password and access information to you within 2-3 business days.
We will refund the remainder of your online subscription if you are unhappy with
our service at anytime. When you purchase a copy of R&R TO GO™, we will email you
a download link which will be valid for 48 hours. If you lose the PDF, we will replace
it within 3 years of your order at no charge.
